Sign up with your work email. Pick a timezone. You're now the admin of a fresh Offly instance with sensible defaults (vacation, sick leave, your public holidays).

Under five minutes for most teams. You sign up, get an admin account, add public holidays for your country (one click), invite people. The default leave types (vacation, sick) and approval flow (manager → admin) cover ~90% of small companies out of the box.

Yes. Monthly billing, cancel from the admin panel. We bill only for the days you used in the partial month and you keep access to export everything before your account closes.

Email [email protected] with what you need. Small tweaks (new leave type rules, a particular notification, an extra report) ship within a week and stay free for small-team plans. Larger workflow changes are part of the Growing team plan.

You do. Export to CSV anytime from the admin panel. We never share, sell, or train models on your data. The audit log keeps your company's leave history tamper-evident so you can defend any dispute.

Yes - both. Admin installs a workspace bot (Slack) or creates a bot via @BotFather (Telegram), users link their own account from their profile. Each user picks which events go to which channel. Google Calendar is also supported via a shared iCal feed.

Most teams migrate by uploading a CSV with users + remaining allowances. Spreadsheet users are usually live within an hour. Migrations from BambooHR / Personio are covered as part of the Growing team onboarding.

Because small teams shouldn't pay enterprise prices for HR software. We don't have an outbound sales team, the product is opinionated (small scope, sensible defaults), and we run lean infra. €1/user/month covers our costs and a fair margin - that's it.
